Visiting loved ones

We know just how important it is that we keep loved ones and families as close as possible. Connected together to smile, and to share and create more beautiful memories. Which is why we’ve invested in advancing technology for regular video calls, shared as a family or just you and your loved one.

It’s the Keeping safe. Our promise, which has seen us evolve our home and build a safe partitioned indoor visiting room enabling families to enjoy time together, whatever the weather!

In line with the latest government guidance, (6.3.21) we’re now able to welcome a designated family member to safely, visit a loved one, inside our home, face to face* With regular video calls, garden and windows visits* we’re dedicated to keeping you connected, whatever the future may bring.

It’s our priority to ensure safe visits continue whatever the future may hold.
